Carrie Brooke is an experienced people and culture leader with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing people, culture, recruiting and training programs for small to mid-size companies who are ready to attract, engage and retain the very best talent.

A veteran of the agency and start-up worlds and most recently, Chief Operating Officer of Technical.ly, she’s held leadership positions in creative, tech and startup environments and loves to roll up her sleeve and solve the challenges of growing teams. She’s also built and cultivated communities for Yelp and Google, spoken and and presented at such events as DisruptHR Philadelphia and the 2018 Pennsylvania Conference for Women, and appeared on multiple podcasts to share tips on preventing burnout and cultivating greater work/life harmony.

Carrie is a formally trained and Certified Professional Coach, which means she’s been educated and evaluated by iPEC, as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher with additional certifications as a Y12SR Leader and Reiki practitioner. She’s passionate about helping to build high-functioning teams, training managers and working with individuals who are ready to make a change in their careers and personal lives. She’s also passionate about work/life harmony, mental health and cultivating psychological safety in the workplace.

Based in Philadelphia, she’s a proud mama and grandmama and enjoys meditation, yoga, great food and frolicking around the globe.
